What You Need:
- 3 pounds of spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
What You Do:
- Arrange ribs in the crockpot and cover with water.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 more hours or high for 2 more hours.
