What You Need:
- 4 cups cooked turkey meat
- 1 large celery stalk
- 3/4 cup red seedless grapes
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves or choice of bread (optional)
What You Do:
- Chop turkey meat into small pieces.
- Cut red grapes in half.
- Chop celery into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, blending thoroughly.
- Chill for one hour and serve on lettuce leaves or on bread as sandwiches.
