What You Need:

  • 3 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 2 bottles of dry red wine
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar

What You Do:

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a crockpot.
  2. Cover and heat on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
  3. Remove cloves and cinnamon sticks and serve from crockpot into mugs.
