Crockpot Cranberry Pork Chops

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 4 hours /high or 8 hours/low

What You Need:

  • 1 16-oz can of cranberry sauce (whole or pureed)
  • 4 medium-sized lean pork tenderloin chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

What You Do:

  1. Place chops in bottom of crockpot.
  2. Top with cranberry sauce, spreading over chops.
  3. Add walnuts.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours and occasionally stir to dissolve cranberry sauce.

  1. So I am making this recipe for the 3rd time today. I still can’t get over how easy it is to make amd how awesome the flavor is! I just make some Stove Top stuffing then asparagus in the microwave. It is great in the summer, no heating up of the kitchen. Yeah! It has got to be the easiest and best tasting meal I have ever made!
