<li style="text-align: right;">Coarsely grate cucumbers into a bowl.</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">Finely mince garlic clove and chop dill and add to bowl.</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">Combine rest of the ingredients&#8212; except mint&#8212; in the bowl.</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">Stir well and chill soup in fridge for approximately 2 hours.</li>
