<ul>
<li style="text-align: right;">4 medium-sized tomatoes</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">2 jalapeno peppers (more for hotter salsa)</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">1 sweet vidalia onion</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">1 small can chopped tomatoes</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">1/2 package taco seasoning</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">fresh cilantro (to taste)</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">juice from one lime</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: right;"><strong>What You Do:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li style="text-align: right;">Chop tomatoes, onion, and cilantro into small pieces. Set aside.</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">Wearing rubber gloves, carefully chop jalapeno peppers and remove seeds. Set aside.</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">Squeeze juice from one lime into a medium-sized mixing bowl.</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">Combine rest of ingredients in the bowl and mix well.</li>
<li style="text-align: right;">Chill before serving.</li>
